Why the 2026 4Runner TRD Pro is Stuck Between Dirt and City

Here it is! The 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. It takes a certain kind of driver to buy a purpose built off-road SUV with a fake hood scoop and an angry face. If it weren't so good at doing things with dirt, I'd make fun of that person... but it is and I can't. The only problem is how the 2.4L inline-4 hybrid system behaves on the street.
