This WILD Turbo 3UZ Lexus GS is the Future of Highway Rolls

While we were in Los Angeles we stopped by Original Auto and basked in the GT-R goodness for a few minutes before they stepped out to Texas for GT-R Festival. A normal day for these guys looks like an 1100HP R34 GT-R with a sequential (yes, this gets driven with frequency on the street), a VR38-swapped R32 GT-R, and a 2J-swapped 240z.

However this day was all about this turbocharged 3UZ Lexus GS430 with a BMW 7-speed DCT! What a trip... of course manuals are more fun, but in a luxury barge like a GS it's a perfect fit. Combine the snappy shifts with a turbo that spools up before you're halfway into the loud pedal and you've got a mean highway cruiser.

The owner didn't stop there though, it's on air ride and the interior is just pure taste.

It seems I only say hi to these guys once every few years but I promise I'll be back soon for some GT-R shenanigans! Always a pleasure 🙏
