This STEALTHY 500 HP Audi TT VR6 is a Forgotten Icon

This is easily the cleanest mk1 Audi TT I've ever seen in person! No big wing, crazy loud turbo, or fast and furious gauges here, it's built for stealthy daily driving. It's a "simple" 512hp and 483 lb-ft built by @hpamotorsports @ftx.hpa.r32 using their FTX500 turbo kit and air to water intercooler/intake manifold setup.

We shot this on a 30°C (86°F) day and we had zero hiccups. Just good clean fun with tons of low down torque yet still able to carry strong all the way to redline.

Yeah it's a DSG, but I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon I spent hustling the car and getting to know it's personality. I never truly appreciated the original TT in my 20s, probably because (contrary to popular opinion) I hated looking at it 😂 This one's been growing on me though. BBS LMs look great here. 👌

I'm convinced it's impossible to build a boring turbocharged VR6 experience and this TT is yet another example of that. It made the trip back to Michigan into the client's garage shortly after we shot the video.
