Hey guys! Welcome back to the show. So in front of us is this modified 1996 Toyota Starlet Glanza V! A few years back I had the pleasure to drive and review a modified Nissan Pulsar GTIR, another very similar JDM hot hatch from the 1990s, and while the Starlet is definitely a little more conservative as far as styling goes, it packs quite the bite under the hood.
